Toepassingsgebied
Houd de pH-waarde in het optimale bereik en maximaliseer uw opbrengst met de Memosens CPS61E. De robuuste constructie en langetermijnstabiliteit waarborgen extreem nauwkeurige en reproduceerbare meetwaarden, zelfs na CIP/SIP of autoclavering. De CPS61E beschikt over Memosens 2.0 digitale technologie, die uitgebreide opslag van kalibratie- en procesgegevens biedt voor voorspellend onderhoud. De sensor is bestand tegen vocht en maakt kalibratie in het laboratorium mogelijk, waardoor de procesintegriteit wordt verbeterd en de proces-uptime wordt verlengd.
De Memosens CPS61E meet de pH in:

Voordelen
Memosens 2.0 biedt uitgebreide opslag van kalibratie- en procesgegevens, waardoor trends beter kunnen worden vastgesteld en een toekomstbestendige basis wordt gelegd voor voorspellend onderhoud en verbeterde IIoT-diensten.
De uitzonderlijke nauwkeurigheid en reproduceerbaarheid van de sensor helpen u om de pH-waarde in het optimale bereik te houden voor een maximale opbrengst.
Een speciaal glazen membraan en referentiesysteem maken de sensor bestand tegen CIP/SIP en autoclavering (tot 140 °C / 284 °F) en zorgen zo voor een maximale langdurige stabiliteit.
De sensor beschermt de productkwaliteit met zijn gecertificeerde biocompatibiliteit volgens USP-klasse VI, FDA-conform van natte onderdelen, VO 1935/2004-conform, geen cytotoxiciteit, bioreactiviteit of dierlijke materialen.
Stroomlijn het onderhoud van de CPS61E met de Memobase Plus-software, waarmee alle relevante sensor- en procesgegevens automatisch worden opgeslagen.
