Toepassingsgebied
De WirelessHART-adapter SWA70 is een interfacemodule voor de draadloze overdracht van 4-20 mA-/HART-signalen van aangesloten procesinstrumenten naar een WirelessHART Fieldgate. De adapter wordt gevoed door een batterij of door voedingseenheden. De WirelessHART-adapter kan worden gebruikt in gevaarlijke en niet-gevaarlijke gebieden.
Procesoptimalisatie: bewaak en optimaliseer installatiedelen met minder kosten en moeite door de WirelessHART-adapter aan te sluiten.
Niveaubewaking in tanks en silo's: meetwaarden worden samen met de status van het instrument en de batterij met regelmatige tussenpozen doorgegeven aan een bovenliggend systeem.
Conditiebewaking: draadloze apparaten worden geïnstalleerd op kritieke punten in de installatie vanwege de slechte toegankelijkheid of de hoge bedradingskosten. Verbeterde gegevensstroom en diagnostiek verhogen de betrouwbaarheid en veiligheid.
