Toepassingsgebied
De Memosens CPS31E is de keuze voor pH-compensatie in desinfectieprocessen. Deze levert stabiele meetresultaten en waarborgt daardoor een betrouwbaar zwembad en drinkwater. Dankzij de Memosens 2.0 digitale technologie levert de CPS31E de perfecte gegevensbasis voor voorspellend onderhoud, een eenvoudige bediening en meer proces-uptime, omdat deze in het laboratorium kan worden gekalibreerd en snel ter plaatse kan worden verwisseld. De sensor is bestand tegen vocht en door de 3 optionele membranen geschikt voor minimale geleidbaarheid.

Voordelen
Betrouwbaar: de keramische aansluiting waarborgt betrouwbare metingen bij een lage geleidbaarheid. Voor minimale geleidbaarheid zijn 3 membranen de beste keuze.
Robuust: de optionele zoutopslag zorgt voor een lange levensduur.
Nauwkeurig: de sensor vertoont minimale drift dankzij een zeer geringe ionenverarming in de elektrolyt.
De Memosens 2.0 biedt uitgebreide opslag van kalibratie- en procesgegevens. Deze gegevens zijn de ideale basis voor voorspellend onderhoud en kunnen ook worden gebruikt voor het ontwikkelen en leveren van verbeterde IIoT-diensten.
Veilig: contactloze, inductieve, digitale signaaloverdracht elimineert fouten die het gevolg zijn van vocht.
Kostenefficiënt: snelle sensorvervanging in het veld verlengt de proces-uptime en regeneratie verlengt de levensduur van de sensor.
