Nauwkeurige en betrouwbare troebelheidsmetingen
De Turbimax CUS52D levert meetresultaten die net zo nauwkeurig zijn als in een laboratorium - zelfs bij een zeer lage troebelheid. Daarom is deze ook geschikt voor bewaking van de kritische controlepunten (CCP's) in uw waterbehandelingsinstallatie of distributienetwerk.

Dankzij het meetbereik is de sensor geschikt voor alle troebelheidsmeetpunten in uw installatie en kan deze zowel direct in de pijpleiding als in een bypass-installatie worden gemonteerd.

Onderhoudsarme werking
De luchtbeltrap en het ultrasoon reinigingssysteem houden de sensor schoon, zodat de meetwaarde niet wordt beïnvloed door luchtbellen en afzettingen.

Robuuste flowarmatuur
De flowarmatuur is bestand tegen hoge drukken en temperaturen en is ideaal voor lage-troebelheidsbereiken dankzij de zeer geringe lichtterugkaatsing.

Sensorverificatie en -kalibratie zonder formazine
Met de halfgeleiderreferentie kunt u de troebelheidssensor veilig verifiëren en kalibreren - zonder vloeistofkalibratienormen. Dit beschermt uw medewerkers en uw proces tegen contact met gevaarlijke vloeistoffen zoals formazine.

Turbimax CUS52D
De Turbimax CUS52D is een slimme sensor met laboratoriumnauwkeurigheid waarmee de werking zonder toezicht van alle troebelheidsmeetpunten in drinkwaterproductie en veel andere toepassingen met vers, proces- of zoutwater mogelijk is. Deze kan rechtstreeks in uw leiding worden aangebracht, waardoor kan worden bespaard op kostbare bypass-installaties en productverliezen worden voorkomen. De Flowfit CUA252 is een troebelheidsflowarmatuur voor alle drinkwater- en proceswatertoepassingen. Dankzij de zeer geringe lichtterugkaatsing zijn betrouwbare waarden zelfs in het laagste meetbereik mogelijk – voor nauwkeurige informatie over uw proces. Het robuuste PE-materiaal is bestand tegen hoge druk en temperatuur en is geschikt voor drinkwater. Zo gaat in het proces geen druppel water verloren. De handige klembevestiging en de automatische ontluchting bespoedigen de installatie en inbedrijfstelling van de sensor.

Het CYR52 ultrasoon reinigingssysteem verwijdert oppervlakverontreiniging en luchtbellen van uw Turbimax CUS52D-troebelheidssensor, waardoor betrouwbare, automatische en zelfstandige troebelheidsmetingen worden ondersteund. Bovendien kunt u uw service-intervallen inplannen om uw onderhoudsstrategie te optimaliseren. De CYR52 biedt contactloze reiniging zonder procesonderbreking, waardoor deze een uitstekende keuze is voor hygiënische toepassingen.
Vaste-stofreferentie
CUY52
De CUY52 vaste-stofreferentie is een slimme verificatietool voor de Turbimax CUS52D-troebelheidssensor. De uitvoering hiervan is vernuftig eenvoudig en hiervoor hoeven geen vloeistofkalibratienormen te worden gebruikt. Elke verificatie verloopt dus snel en veilig: noch uw personeel noch uw proces komt in contact met vloeistoffen zoals het schadelijke formazine. Met CUY52 hebt u al uw meetpunten in drinkwater en proceswater onder controle.
